
We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in understanding how agency-client coordination works.
● Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients ● Support in coordinating with internal teams (design, copy, strategy) for deliverables ● Help track project timelines, briefs, and feedback ● Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentations ● Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and client requirements ● Assist in maintaining documentation and project updates
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Good organizational and multitasking abilities ● Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Proactive and willing to learn
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field ● Prior internship or exposure to client servicing/account management is a plus
