Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process for online degree programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.

Counsel students regarding degree programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career opportunities.

Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.

Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and lead management systems.

Address student queries and coordinate with academic teams for timely resolutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and outreach activities.

Ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Stay updated on program offerings, admission policies, and industry trends.
