5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on supporting IT departments.
Strong understanding of IT industry trends and challenges.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with IT leaders and employees.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR best practices and current legal requirements related to employee management in the IT sector.
