
To ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, support statutory compliance, assist in financial reporting, and maintain internal controls as per the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor and customer ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide necessary data for MIS reports and internal analysis.
Support in budgeting and variance analysis.
Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax computations and return filings.
Assist during statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
Maintain necessary documentation for compliance and audit trails.
Monitor stock accounting, physical verification, and reconciliation.
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments for bills, approvals, and clarifications.
Liaison with auditors, banks, vendors, and consultants as required.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficient in Tally ERP / Excel / Accounting software.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Integrity and responsibility in handling confidential financial data. Educational Qualifications
Preferred: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)
3 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting in a corporate environment or CA firm.
