What You’ll Do ● Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website inquiries) ● Understand the real intent behind every trip (honeymoon, family bonding, celebrations) ● Design personalized itineraries — not copy-paste packages ● Build trust with clients through clear, fast, and honest communication ● Convert inquiries into bookings with a consultative approach (not pushy sales) ● Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and vendors to ensure smooth execution ● Stay available for clients during their trip when needed ● Follow up consistently — before, during, and after the trip ● Upsell thoughtfully (better stays, experiences, upgrades — not unnecessary add-ons)
What We’re Looking For ● Experience in travel sales / tour planning preferred ● Strong communication skills (written + verbal — especially WhatsApp selling) ● Ability to understand client psychology and preferences ● Detail-oriented — because small things define the experience ● Fast responder — speed = trust in this business ● Ownership mindset — you handle the trip like it’s your own ● Passion for travel and creating great experiences What Makes You a Great Fit ● You don’t “sell packages” — you solve travel problems ● You believe communication is more important than discounts ● You care about reviews, not just revenue ● You think long-term (repeat clients > one-time sales)
